It Started Out Red or My Vampire Movie Coat

Melissa George's Red Parka in 30 Days of Night, yes it started out red and we have been looking at this one for awhile. A few coats in the movie 30 Days of Night were from Canada Goose, but we checked with them and this wasn't one. Then we looked at some exclusive movie pictures we have from 30 Days of Night and still could not identify the designer/brand of this film jacket. The Annie Diaries

That's not a typo...because we have added Scarlett Johansson's red dress from the rooftop scene at the end of the movie. It's 5 oclock somewhere or More PS I Love You

Did I make it? Boy, was I hit today when the bossperson told me our readers wanted more fashions and items from P.S. I Love You. Here I was busy researching the clothes from 27 Dresses and getting shops together on Kate Hudson's sunglasses in Fool's Gold and those cool glasses Tina Fey wears in the trailer for Baby Mama and Bam. In comes the fashion editors.....time for me to get busy writing and shopping. So we added information and some shops for Hilary Swank's White Trench Coat, her green dress, her jeans, the pink sweater she wears in scenes in PS I Love You. Oh yeah, Lisa Kudrow's Turtleneck Sweater, Lisa Kudrow's Trench Coat and the black shirt and embroidered black jacket Kathy Bates wore at Gerry's wake. And we have more to add and now more online shopping to do.

Oh drag, another weekend spent shopping...boy I just hate this job...(and yes its 5 Oclock here so I am off to dinner and cocktails)...

Before the Street Lights Come On (or El Cucuy)

Back when I was a kid those were our rules. Back home, inside and safe before the street lights came on. I grew up outside of Los Angeles, with no worries of "No Seeums", Mosquitos or el cucuy appearing at dusk. Not so for Will Smith in his latest movie, I Am Legend. Unable to rely on the New York City grid to provide him the street light indicator to head home he wears two watches, one with a real cool twilight alarm. I have been playing this game with my boys lately. Good News and Bad News...seems the 4 year old has figured out that the "game" is to try and set Dad up for a surprise "ending". Like.."Dad...I got Good News and Bad News...The Bad News is I am Hungry...The Good News is you get to spend time with me as we drive to a restaurant" or my favorite..."The Good News is I have been behaving and letting you work...the bad news is I have been behaving and letting you work [Please Dad can you play train with me now]".

Neiman Marcus Edgy? Yes Sir

For quite some time we have been looking for the bracelet Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson wore in the movie, The Game Plan. Good effort in our forum community from some members (RB5515, Kingstonbs and Admin) to find this item and then recently whack...MoeDaddy hits us with a picture that added to the puzzle and off I went to the mall for some good old fashioned flat foot detective work. A brief chat with my friend Rachel at Neiman Marcus (Yes they carry some edgy stuff there now) got me some info on a possible designer and next week I will have a jeweler friend start scanning old catalogs to see if we can get a match.
